Case – Time Management Ritu is a teacher for Grade 2 and is finding that there are less and less hours in the day, the workload is the same but she feels more rushed than ever. She finds herself eating her lunch while working, and feels demotivated. She handles a noisy classroom which she feels has some detrimental impact on her workload. She worries that her inability to complete all her goals will start impacting her teaching and next review. This has caused his stress levels to increase and he starting to struggle to sleep at night.
